    About the Role
    We’re seeking a highly organized and trustworthy Human Resources Coordinator to manage day-to-day HR operations with a focus on weekly payroll, personnel records, and compliance. This role is essential to ensuring our team is supported, our records are accurate, and our operations remain compliant with employment laws and internal policies. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive HR matters with professionalism and care.

    What You’ll Do

    • Manage and process weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

    • Maintain up-to-date and confidential personnel files in compliance with company policy and employment laws

    • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle documentation

    • Track and report on employee certifications, training, and license renewals

    • Assist in benefits administration and respond to employee questions

    • Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations

    • Generate reports for audits, compliance reviews, and leadership as needed

    • Provide HR support to leadership and employees across departments

    What You Bring

    • 2+ years of experience in human resources, payroll, or administrative roles

    • Experience managing weekly payroll and timekeeping processes

    • Strong knowledge of HR recordkeeping and employment compliance

    • Familiarity with Texas labor laws and payroll regulations

    • Excellent organizational skills, discretion, and attention to detail

    • Experience with QuickBooks, payroll platforms, or HR software a plus
