About the Role
We’re looking for a Water Well Drilling Technician who’s ready to bring their hands-on expertise and leadership skills to a high-impact role. You'll work closely with our Drilling Lead and operations team to safely and efficiently drill, service, and complete residential, commercial, and agricultural wells. This role is ideal for someone with field experience, a strong work ethic, and the ambition to step into a leadership path.
TDLR Water Well Driller or Pump Installer license is highly preferred. Not licensed yet? We’ll support the right candidate in earning it.
What You’ll Do

Operate and maintain drilling rigs, support equipment, and job site safety standards

Assist with and lead setup, operation, and breakdown of drilling projects

Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and compliant with state and company safety procedures

Train and mentor junior technicians in proper drilling practices and equipment use

Communicate with project leads, customers, and vendors to support daily operations

Assist with paperwork and documentation related to work orders, inspections, and compliance

Represent the company with professionalism and integrity on every job site

What You Bring

2+ years of experience in water well drilling, pump installation, or related trades

Proven ability to lead or mentor crew members in the field

Familiarity with well drilling rigs, pumps, and heavy equipment operation
-
TDLR license as a Water Well Driller or Pump Installer (or ability to obtain)

Clean driving record and valid driver's license (CDL a plus)

Strong communication, reliability, and a commitment to safety
