About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to be the front line of communication with our customers and a key support to internal departments. This role involves updating and maintaining customer records, creating and managing work orders, and assisting departments with reports, compliance documentation, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and committed to providing outstanding service both externally and internally.
What You’ll Do

Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional, helpful manner

Create, update, and track work orders from intake to completion

Maintain and update customer records in internal databases

Assist field teams with dispatching information and schedule coordination

Support other departments by generating reports and assisting with compliance-related documentation

Ensure accurate data entry and filing of service records, permits, and correspondence

Help maintain an organized, efficient, and customer-focused office environment
What You Bring

1–3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or office coordination

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and/or CRM platforms is a plus

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a team
