What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do
- Support the Service Team Leader with daily field and operational tasks
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairing water well systems under supervision
- Help maintain a clean, stocked, and organized service truck for daily readiness
- Engage with clients in a professional and respectful manner during service work
- Follow task instructions carefully and communicate progress, issues, or obstacles clearly
- Participate in hands-on training and continue developing troubleshooting and repair skills
- Help ensure the team can respond quickly and efficiently to repair requests
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn water well service work
- Ability to use hand tools and work safely in field environments
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction from a team leader
- Good communication skills and professional customer interaction
- Ability to stay organized and help maintain equipment and truck readiness
- Physically able to perform field labor, lift tools and materials, and work outdoors
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record 21+ required (company vehicle insurance requirements)
- Previous experience in service, construction, mechanical, or repair work
- Exposure to water well systems, pumps, piping, or controls
- Experience maintaining tools, equipment, or work vehicles
- OSHA or general safety training
- Ability to document completed tasks and communicate jobsite issues clearly
- Desire to grow into a higher-skill service technician role
