    Job Description

    Full-time (50+ hrs) |
     On-call: 1 week/month

    What You’ll Do
    • Support daily office operations by handling administrative tasks, organizing information, and helping keep workflows moving efficiently.
    • Assist with answering phones, greeting visitors, managing correspondence, and directing communication to the appropriate team members.
    • Prepare, file, and maintain records, forms, reports, and other documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Help coordinate schedules, appointments, and office priorities to support the needs of leadership and field operations.
    • Assist with data entry, job documentation, and internal tracking systems to ensure information is current and reliable.
    • Support invoicing, purchasing, and other routine office processes as assigned.
    • Maintain a professional, organized, and service-oriented office environment while communicating clearly with customers, vendors, and team members.
    Requirements
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Professional phone and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency with standard office software, email, and computer-based systems.
    • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
    • Dependable attendance and strong follow-through.
    • Ability to work well independently while also supporting a team.
    • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record preferred.
    Preferred (Not Required)
    • Previous experience in an administrative assistant, office support, receptionist, or customer service role.
    • Experience with scheduling, invoicing, data entry, or document management.
    • Familiarity with construction, service, or field-based business operations.
    • Experience working with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, or similar systems.
    • Ability to support multiple departments and shifting priorities with professionalism.
    • Desire to grow into expanded administrative or operational support responsibilities.
