What You’ll Do
Full-time (50+ hrs) | On-call: 1 week/month
What You’ll Do
- Support the drilling crew with daily drilling operations and field tasks
- Help maintain drilling equipment to keep it safe, functional, and ready for use
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report any issues or repair needs promptly
- Follow the Lead Driller’s direction to assist with drilling activities efficiently
- Keep the job site organized, clean, and productive throughout the workday
- Track drilling progress and help make adjustments as directed
- Follow all safety procedures and use PPE consistently on every job
Requirements
- Ability to work safely in outdoor and physically demanding jobsite conditions
- Strong reliability and willingness to follow direction from the Lead Driller
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around drilling equipment and tools
- Ability to maintain an organized, efficient, and safety-focused work area
- Strong awareness of safety procedures and willingness to report hazards immediately
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- 21+ required (company vehicle insurance requirements)
- Previous experience in drilling, construction, oilfield, water well, or heavy equipment environments
- Basic equipment maintenance experience
- OSHA or general safety training
- Experience working on outdoor crews in fast-paced field operations
- Familiarity with PPE standards and safe jobsite practices
- Desire to grow into a more advanced drilling role
