AREA ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
60K plus Bonus
Personnel Services is seeking a results-driven Sales | Consultant / Area Account Executive to generate new business and grow client accounts in the manufacturing and industrial market.
This role is perfect for a sales professional who enjoys outside sales, prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship building. We are looking for someone who can act as a trusted advisor to clients by identifying workforce needs and presenting staffing solutions that deliver results.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Prospect and develop new business through outside sales calls, client visits, networking, and referrals
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend HR/Staffing solutions
- Work closely with recruiting teams to fill client needs
- Meet sales goals and grow revenue
- Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and client communication
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Outside sales and/or consultative sales experience preferred
- Manufacturing, industrial, or related experience a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong computer skills
