ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN
Monday - Thursday
5:00 am - 3:30 pm
$17.25 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Retrieve, review, and follow Quality Assurance Program (QAP) documentation accurately.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and product specifications.
- Identify simple deviations in materials or components from customer specifications and report as needed.
- Assemble and disassemble products within the assigned product line according to established procedures.
- Maintain quality and consistency while completing assembly tasks.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines at all times.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED required (proof of education required).
- Ability to obtain forklift certification.
- Must wear steel-toe boots and follow required safety protocols.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and receive on-the-job training.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift components weighing up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
