We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is central to keeping our operations running smoothly. From assisting customers and supporting sales staff, to managing office logistics and handling administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and walk-in customers and assist with basic inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff
• Answer and route incoming calls and emails professionally
• Maintain accurate sales and service records
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders and process payments
• Support sales and management teams with administrative tasks
• Maintain office supplies, and daily organization
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative role (dealership or agricultural equipment background is a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), experience with Quickbooks Online or dealership management systems preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Reliable, professional, and a team player
