PRESS OPERATOR

3:30 PM -2:00 AM
$17.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Operate press and manufacturing equipment used in elastomer production
- Inspect finished products using measuring tools to ensure specifications are met
- Set up equipment, change tooling, and run first article parts for verification
- Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Follow QAP documentation and production procedures accurately
- Identify and report material or product deviations from specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Participate in on-the-job training to improve efficiency and performance
- Safely operate or become certified to operate forklifts and overhead crane/hoist equipment
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn manufacturing processes
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Dependable attendance and reliability
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well with others
- Steel-toe shoes required
