Position Summary:

This position plays a key role in supporting the mental health needs of our patients in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, families, and/or groups
- Identify patients with urgent mental health conditions and make appropriate referrals
- Coordinate care with other professionals as needed, such as PMHNP’s, other therapist or PCP
- Document all encounters in the electronic health record (EHR) in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain compliance with all clinical, ethical, and legal standards of practice
- Engage in professional development and continuing education activities
- Master’s Degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology or a related field of study.
- Must possess current licensure in Texas.
- Preferred 2 years of clinical experience preferred, especially in community health or underserved settings
- Experience with trauma-informed care, integrated behavioral health, and/or co-occurring disorders is a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred but not required
- Strong commitment to social justice, health equity, and culturally competent care
Schedule & Compensation:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week (some flexibility may be available)
- Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
