Interested in being in the Costume Contest?
Just go to the Birdsong Amphitheater to start lining up at 5:45 PM.
Contest will begin with the youngest age group at 6:00 PM.

Event is open to the public! FREE to attend!
Come one, come all! Enjoy all the Safe Trick 'R Treat activities!

A huge thank you goes out to our City of Stephenville Police Department and Stephenville Parks & Recreation staff for helping make this community event safe and fun!

As always, we’d love for our Chamber members to help us make this a memorable event!

Participation Options:

Member Treat Station - For members that plan on handing out candy along the Safe Trick 'R Treat route.
Fun Zone Participant - For members that would like to provide a fun activity or game booth in the Fun Zone.
Costume Contest Prize Donation - For members that would like to donate prizes in quantities of 5 for age group category winners or for best group prizes.

Marketing Tips / Booth Area Information

• One table will be provided per booth
• Stick labels or attach business cards to your candy or treat
• Hang a sign/banner with your business name on or above your table
• Have business cards, brochures, or small handouts available
• Most spaces will be approx. 6 foot deep and 10 foot wide
• A few spaces will be available for a 10x10 tent, must note when registering

• Mummy of All Sponsors: $1,500
• Scarecrow Sponsorship: $1,000
• Pumpkin Sponsorship: $500
• Candy Corn Sponsorship: $250
• The Broomstick Sponsorship: $100

This event is always a fun time for the kids and their parents and a great way for our members to promote themselves. We hope you will get involved in all the fun!
