Restorative Yoga is a relaxing style of yoga intended to be healing & nurturing for the body and it provides relief from stress. Restorative yoga poses are designed to be soothing, well-supported poses that offer the body the opportunity to linger quietly.
It is also great for those who may have limited physical abilities or who are new to yoga. This class includes light stretching, the use of props and will be followed by a free optional open meditation.
You are welcome to bring your own mat or use one of ours and everything else is provided. You only need to open yourself to this experience and enjoy the rest and peace this class has to offer.
