The Cowboy Capital BBQ Cook-Off is Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19 at Park Your Pony Arena in Stephenville, Texas. This event is held in conjunction with Rodeo Heritage Week and the Cowboy Capital of the World PRCA Rodeo.
Categories of Brisket, Ribs, Chicken, Beans, Dutch Oven Desserts, and Margaritas will be offered. 80% payback, great prizes, and a lot of fun! This event is sanctioned by the Lone Star Barbecue Society.
