• Volunteer Help Needed Weekly!

Stephenville Crossing is a small apartment community serving low-income elderly and disabled. We’re making big improvements for our residents, but we need help!

Currently, we are undergoing major renovations to all areas of the property, including the apartment units themselves. During the process, our residents are being temporarily moved to fully furnished units here on the property. The moving company is doing all the packing and moving so that our residents don't have to worry. The only thing the movers don't handle is unpacking.

That's where you come in! We are in need of volunteers, throughout the coming months, to help our less-abled residents unpack their belongings into their newly renovated homes. The most common needs are hanging curtains, plugging in electronics, placing food and dishes into cabinet and pantries, and hanging up clothes.

Remodels are taking place through November, so there are volunteer opportunities weekly. Most are expected to return to their apartment on Fridays, so that is the day we really need your help.

We are getting into the very busy part of the remodel process and are needing several volunteers weekly.  Click here to sign up for the time that best fits your schedule to serve!
