Habitat for Humanity Now Accepting Applications for Home Partner Ownership
Erath County Habitat for Humanity is now accepting applications for home
partner ownership for their 22nd home!
ECHH partners with qualifying families to build decent, affordable housing in Erath
County. To qualify, applicants must submit complete applications either by mail or by
requesting a drop off location by calling Lori Hurford (254-592-1079).

Qualifications for approval: ability to repay cost of home through a no-interest loan,
partner with ECHH including 300 sweat equity hours, show a need (sub-standard
housing or overcrowding), meet income limits and debt to income ratios, be an Erath
County citizen for at least 1 year.
ECHH has been building homes in Erath County since 1998, and we look forward to
empowering another family through the stability and pride in homeownership.
