    Location: Central Texas (Stephenville, Granbury, Glen Rose, Weatherford + surrounding areas)
    Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (1099 / Commission-Based)
    Pay: Commission + performance bonuses (high earning potential)

    Shield & Shelter Roofing is a local, customer-first roofing company serving Central Texas homeowners. We specialize in roof replacements, storm/hail inspections, and helping homeowners navigate the insurance process with honesty and professionalism.

    What You’ll Do

    • Generate leads through door knocking, referrals, networking, and local events

    • Schedule and run roof inspections (we’ll train you)

    • Document damage with photos and notes and educate homeowners on next steps

    • Present estimates and explain options clearly and confidently

    • Follow up with homeowners, adjusters, and the office to move jobs forward

    • Track leads and updates in our system (CRM / spreadsheet)

    • Represent the brand with integrity—no pressure tactics

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong communication skills and confidence talking to homeowners

    • Self-motivated: you don’t need to be “managed,” you need to be supported

    • Coachable and willing to learn roofing + insurance basics

    • Reliable transportation and a smartphone (photos, notes, communication)

    • Comfortable working outdoors and walking roofs (or learning safely)

    • Sales experience is a plus (roofing/solar/real estate is a bonus), but not required
