We combine Heat (dimension 1), Infrared Energy (dimension 2) & Exercise (dimension 3) to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from HOT Yoga, to HOT Cycle, HOT Buns and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semi private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!
     

    Job Summary
    We are seeking an outgoing and sales-minded General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our HOTWORX Studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. They will have previous commission-based sales experience and thrive in a customer service environment. They will be motivated to inspire others to live a healthier lifestyle. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of retail sales, and the ability to effectively manage time and resources. Enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and fitness mindset are a must!

    Duties

    • Lead by example and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and meet monthly sales goals.
    • Ensure compliance with company standards to deliver the mission and values of HOTWORX; manage a clean, friendly, FUN, and well-maintained studio.
    • Oversee daily operations, including studio cleaning, inventory management, cash handling, and customer service. Learn and become an expert on the HOTWORX computer sales system.
    • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations.
    • Supervise hiring processes, including interviewing, hiring, and training new employees. Coach and train sales staff to set them up for success. Foster a great work environment for the team and also hold them accountable for results.
    • Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Drive for continuous improvement in KPIs.
    • Foster relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
    • Utilize and manage our social media accounts to engage members and the community and to help grow the member base and spread brand awareness.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within a retail or fitness environment.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to supervise staff effectively while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
    • Social media expertise
    • High energy, positive, self-motivated, and outgoing individuals are desired.

    Physical Demands

    • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, kneel, and twist.
    • Must be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs.
    • Must be able to occasionally climb on ladder and use small hand tools such as screwdriver, screw gun, pliers, etc.
