• Have a strong interest in firearms, hunting, and the outdoors
• Enjoy working with and helping people
• Be dependable, professional, and willing to work
• Have strong communication and customer-service skills
• Be willing to learn and continue building their knowledge
• Work well as part of a team
• Have firearms or retail experience (preferred, but not required)
