    Position Overview: 

    We are seeking a passionate and ideally experienced Daycare Director to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our daycare center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, exceptional leadership skills, and a genuine dedication to the well-being and development of children.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Leadership and Management:

    • Provide visionary leadership to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain high-quality standards.
    • Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and professional development sessions to support continuous improvement.

    Curriculum Development:

    • Collaborate with educators to design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
    • Ensure curriculum aligns with state standards and reflects best practices in early childhood education.
    • Regularly assess and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to meet the evolving needs of children and families.

    Child Welfare and Safety:

    • Prioritize the safety and well-being of all children in our care, implementing and enforcing safety protocols and emergency procedures.
    • Oversee the maintenance of a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment that stimulates learning and creativity.
    • Respond promptly to any concerns or incidents involving children, families, or staff members, maintaining open communication and transparency throughout.

    Family Engagement:

    • Foster positive relationships with families, serving as a trusted resource and advocate for their needs and concerns.
    • Organize and facilitate family events, workshops, and parent-teacher conferences to encourage active involvement in their child's education and development.

    Financial Management: 

    • Develop and manage the daycare center's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and financial sustainability.
    • Monitor enrollment, tuition, and billing processes, working closely with administrative staff to ensure accuracy and compliance.

    Qualifications: 



    • Knowledge of Texas licensing regulations and requirements for daycare centers.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
    • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
    • Ability to pass background checks and screenings as required by state regulations.
