    Job Description
    We are hiring a full-time administrative assistant. Fast-paced job, with a wide variety of responsibilities. A well-suited applicant will be professional, punctual, detail oriented, able to handle fluctuating workloads and deadlines, able to perform a diverse set of tasks each day and outgoing.

    The main responsibilities of the position will include: 
    • Processing various types of returns and financial statements once completed
    • Electronic filing of returns and tracking acceptances/rejections
    • Covering front desk as needed during high volume times and during time off for front desk admin, including: answering the phone, scheduling appointments, addressing client questions, receiving payments
    • Maintaining all office supplies including for printers, copiers, and various departments.
    • Keeping kitchen stocked including coffee, drinks, snacks and general kitchen supplies
    • Coordinating repairs as needed
