The main responsibilities of the position will include:
- Processing various types of returns and financial statements once completed
- Electronic filing of returns and tracking acceptances/rejections
- Covering front desk as needed during high volume times and during time off for front desk admin, including: answering the phone, scheduling appointments, addressing client questions, receiving payments
- Maintaining all office supplies including for printers, copiers, and various departments.
- Keeping kitchen stocked including coffee, drinks, snacks and general kitchen supplies
- Coordinating repairs as needed
