              Event Description:
              Congressman Roger Williams will present The United States of America Vietnam War Commemoration Lapel Pin to over 100 area Vietnam War Era Veterans. Dress for the occasion is casual or business casual, and attendees are encouraged to wear their favorite Vietnam Veteran ball cap.

              Opening protocol will include the posting of the colors by Tarleton ROTC Color Guard, prayer and pledge of allegiance.
