Thirst Revival Conference

"A Life Action 4-day event that helps believers renew their passion for Christ"

Living water is still available today...we just have to drink.

THIRST is a unique call to churches to come and drink deeply from the living water of Christ.  This conference will expose one of the primary causes of dryness in Christians' lives: substitution.

Substitution happens when believers start looking anywhere besides Jesus for their main source of joy and fulfillment.  Work, hobbies, entertainment, food, success, ministry, family, fame...any of these good things can easily take God's rightful place in the heart.

Join us Sunday, November 4th at 9:15 am and 10:30 am for the first morning sessions and 6:00 pm for session two.  Each evening, Monday through Wednesday (Nov. 5 - 7), sessions three through five will start at 6:30 pm.  Special breakout sessions will be provided for Children and Youth as well as nursery care for preschoolers.  There is something for all ages.

     - Saturday Tailgate Party Before Tarleton Game - 12:00 to 2:00 pm

     - Monday Luncheon for Senior Adults - Fellowship Hall - 11:30 to 1:00 pm

     - Tuesday Ladies' Luncheon - Fellowship Hall - 11:30 to 1:00 pm

The Life Action Team

Life Action ministries is a non-profit organization, founded in 1971.  Led by Dr. John Avant, the Life Action team will bring over 20 leaders to minister to those participating in music, worship, teaching, working with teens and children, as well as with college students and adults.  The Vision of the Life Action Ministries is to see the Great Commission fulfilled in our lifetime, for the glory of God.

Transformation begins when we bow before the Lord and say, "Please send revival to this place, and let it begin in me."  We draw near to God based on the scriptural promise that He will then draw near to us (James 4:6-10)
