Join Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Erath Countyat the Bosque River Taphouse for our first annual Mac and Cheese Cook-off! We are inviting people to bring their best recipes from jalapeno mac and cheese, brisket mac and cheese and lobster mac and cheese. We even want your grandma’s Thanksgiving recipe.
All proceeds from this event will stay in Erath County and help serve children in our area. Big Brothers Big Sisters is a non-profit organization who provides children with a positive mentor relationship and role model in the community or in schools. Children thrive with one-on-one relationships, and BBBS provides them a safe and positive environment to do that.
Vendor registration is $100 and can be paid monetarily or in gift card form. All collected vendor registrations will be used for prizes!
Each vendor should expect to prepare 100-200 2oz servings of macaroni and cheese. We will stay in contact regarding pre-sold tickets as we approach the event. Please click this link to register your team!
Sponsorship levels are as follows:
$250 - logo on yard sign, 2 tickets to the event
$500 - logo on yard sign and printed materials, 4 tickets to the event
$1000 - logo on yard sign and printed materials, social media advertising, 6 tickets to the event
$1500 - logo on yard sign and printed materials, social media advertising, 8 tickets to the event, 1 judges seat
$3000 - logo on yard sign, printed materials & welcome banner, social media advertising, 8 tickets to event, 2 judges seats.
Tickets will be sold for $25 each and are expected to go on sale soon. When purchasing a general admission tickets, you will received 2 oz of mac and cheese from each vendor and a vote into the peoples choice awards.
