Whether you’ve played a string instrument for years or would like to try something new, novices through advanced string players are invited to join the Tarleton State Strings for an exciting musical experience this spring!
The ensemble will rehearse and perform music from the Baroque, Classical, Romantic, and Contemporary eras. While note-reading ability and prior instrumental experience are preferred, all are welcome. Small and large ensembles will be determined by individual and group ability.
We are in need of violin, viola, cello, and double bass players. Some instruments are available for use, but most will need to have their own instruments.
