Come visit the ECHS staff, board and volunteers to learn about the current expansion and hear an update on long-term plans for a brand new facility at a new location to better serve the animals and the community. Enjoy food and refreshments while loving on the animals (and maybe finding one to take home with you).
Erath County Humane Society is located at 891 East Road just across from Erath County Volunteer Fire Department. Ribbon Cutting ceremony will be at 4:30 PM followed by Open House until 6:00 PM.
The Erath County Humane Society is a private, not-for-profit 501c(3) organization with the mission of providing “Kindness, Justice & Mercy to Every Living Creature” in Erath County.
The mission of the Erath County Humane Society is to care for unwanted and lost animals, reunite lot animals with their owners and find homes for adoptable pets. They work closely with our community to decrease pet overpopulation and to provide a safe place for animals as they await their permanent homes.
