              Many thanks to family caregivers in Erath county who shared such positive feedback about our Caregiving Navigation program this summer!

              For anyone unable to attend in person, program content is now available as a FREE 90 minute online session this September (multiple date/time options). There are 4 class dates available online this month.

              FAMILY CAREGIVERS RECEIVE:
              1) Help to prepare for each of the 6 Stages of Caregiving
              2) 60+ page Caregiving Resource Guide customized for Erath county.
              3) A detailed Care Plan Map to help navigate a senior loved one's personal, medical, home environment, financial, social, and transportation needs.
