This event, which is free to the public, offers visitors the opportunity to support local growers and crafts people all while enjoying a visit to the museum grounds. The Berry Cottage and Carriage House will be open for tours.
“This years plant fair offers something for the entire family. Vendors will be offering a wide variety of attractive plants, focusing on native and heirlooms. We will have an excellent variety of plants and garden supplies to choose from” said event organizer Dana Adams. "A variety of professionals will be on hand to answer questions and provide solutions for your lawn, garden, tree and outdoor needs including Erath County Master Gardeners and Prairie Oaks Master Naturalists, and many, many more. The museum grounds & gardens serve as a demonstration for a variety of Texas native plants including drought resistant varieties and plants which serve to attract hummingbirds and butterflies.
