Juneteenth Commemoration

The City of Stephenville will hold the first Juneteenth commemoration in many years. Representatives from the original five African American families will be introduced. The Emancipation Proclamation as well as the proclamation which was read in Galveston will be read and wreaths will be place in the cemetery.
