              Event Description:
              Noah Smith, son of Dr. Emily Smith at Moore Eye Center has recently relapsed with Leukemia. Noah is 6 years old and is battling this for the 3rd time.

              Join us for a fundraiser to help pay for Noah's medical expenses. Patients will be seen for annual eye exams from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, with all proceeds going to Noah. There will also be raffles for tattoo gift certificates, sunglasses, gift baskets, and more! Raffle tickets will be sold for $15 - 1 ticket, $25 - 2 tickets, or $50 - 5 tickets. Each raffle will be done individually.  People interested can stop by or call Moore Eye Center to purchase raffle tickets or make an appointment for Saturday.
