    Date: March 4, 2017
    Time: 7:45 AM - 7:45 AM CST
    Event Description:

Calling all racers in search of endorphins and education. Agricultural Communicators of Tomorrow (ACT), a student agricultural advocacy organization at Tarleton State University, will host the first Farm to Fork Trail and Fun Run!

Tarleton ACT invites runners of all ages and levels to learn more about agriculture while running through the university's college farm. Before and after the race, participants can learn more about the industry that is feeding and clothing the world.

Race participants will have the opportunity to tour Tarleton's Southwest Regional Dairy Center and hydrotron. Farm animals and agricultural obstacle course will be available for children of all ages for their chance to experience life on the farm.

Prizes will be awarded to division winners, and all participants will receive breakfast at the end of the race. Participants will receive T-shirts.

Proceeds for the event go to the Tarleton ACT to help students attend professional conferences and enhance skills they will need in their careers.
