Name: Fall Roundup Benefit for Rodeo Heritage Museum
    Date: November 19, 2022
    Time: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM CST
    Event Description:

The Rodeo Heritage Museum in Dublin, Texas is having their major fundraiser of the year on November 19th at 6:00 pm at the Dublin High School Cafeteria.

The program consists of singer David Bridwell, a Celebration dinner, an auction and special biographical films of this year’s honorees. Honorees this year include Fred & Joe Fletcher (longtime Dublin business leaders and Dublin Rodeo Board of Directors), Ralph Collier (a legendary rodeo cowboy who competed in the Dublin Rodeo and many more rodeos across the nation, the extraordinary Tom Rogers (an Erath County historian whose parents were photographers of Dublin history during the long-ago Dublin Rodeo days) and a special tribute to Johnny Duncan (a renowned country and western singer from Dublin who sang at the Dublin Rodeo).

The Rodeo Heritage Museum is asking for auction items and sponsorships to make this event a success and help preserve the extraordinary rodeo history in Dubin at a time when Dublin and Erath County was the center of rodeo in America.  For over twenty years, the road to Madison Square Garden and other national rodeos began on the Lightning C Ranch in Dublin.

Your attendance at the Fall Roundup program will help preserve the history of rodeo in Dublin and celebrate those who lived the western life during rodeo days.

During the Fall Roundup program, we will have a drawing for the Rodeo Heritage Museum’s Rifle Raffle, the 4th Collectible Series Henry Big Boy 45 Long Colt, engraved by Swindle Jewelry. The rifle comes with a certificate of authenticity as “Rodeo Heritage Museum Collector Series 4.”

Tickets for the rifle are 1 for $10 or 3 for $20.

Call Stanley at 254-485-4948 for info.

Your $20 admission to the Fall Roundup program will include special entertainment, a chance to shop for Christmas, a Celebration dinner, a special historical film by Old Segundo Productions, and a live auction, as well as a silent auction.

Help the Rodeo Heritage Museum keep Erath County’s rodeo history alive by stopping by the Rodeo Heritage Museum Wed.-Sat.1-5 or calling 254-445-0200 or 254-434-3675 to purchase tickets to the Fall Roundup program, or to donate a sponsorship and/or auction item, buy a rifle raffle ticket, and/or volunteering for Rodeo Heritage Museum’s Fall Roundup Benefit.
