Dear Local Business,
This fall, Tarleton State University is excited to welcome more than 2,000 new students to the Stephenville campus. We are currently working to plan several special activities and events and we’re really hoping you’ll agree to participate in one of those - the Town & Gown Expo.
Town & Gown Expo Saturday, August 24 9 a.m.-Noon Thompson Student Center
This expo is a collaborative effort between several department’s on campus and is designed to introduce our newest students to the local community. We hope to boost business for Stephenville restaurants and retail establishments as well as increase student participation in serving our non-profit agencies.
Booth spaces for the event will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline to reserve a spot is Friday, Aug. 9. The space will include a 5-foot table and two chairs.
Because we are offering you this opportunity at no cost, we do ask that you bring a door prize valued at a minimum of $25. We will conduct drawings throughout the event.
