Alana Hefner, M.Ed, LPC

Alana received her bachelor of science in psychology and a master of education in guidance and counseling from Tarleton State University. She has been a licensed counselor for almost two decades and is pursuing professional executive coach certification through the International Coaching Federation. As a Coach, she works primarily with leaders and professionals in the areas of confidence, problem-solving, leadership, communication, work-life balance, and management by holding a unique space for her clients to experiment with what “could” be.

With work experiences spanning agriculture, child advocacy, mental health, and higher education, she seeks to understand and advocate for continuous improvement in work culture, employee experience, and the power of intentional personal leadership growth.
She has supervised employees for over 18 years and understands the delicate balance to be bold, authentic, and empathetic as a leader.
Having worked with various career and personality assessments, she understands the importance of alignment of strengths and natural tendencies.
