3) Discusses the effect of the Gender Pay Gap, as well as the solutions and methods that can be implemented within organizations to limit the Gap in the workforce.

Kevin Cartwright is a Compensation Consulting Manager at Intelligent Compensation LLC. Mr. Cartwright has been with Intelligent Compensation, LLC since 2016.He works on a variety of consulting assignments for clients all over the United States, as well as internationally, who are seeking to improve or update their compensation strategies and programs.
