Featured speaker this month is our area representative on the Texas State School Board - Evelyn Brooks from Frisco, TX. Mrs. Brooks represents 15 counties on the Texas State Board of Education, including Erath, Palo Pinto, Comanche, Eastland, Hamilton, and Bosque.
The event is open to the public. Area educators, school board members, principals, and retired educators are encouraged to attend.
Cross Timbers Republican Women regularly meet on the third Thursday of the month at noon at the City Hall. We try to adhere to a 1 hour program so working members can attend during their lunch break. The program begins at noon with a buffet food service starting at 11:45 am. Visitor lunch fee is $15 for this program and pre-paid reservations are required.
