Enjoy the second Clean Water Kids Ride for the Change presented by Kids Across Cultures
Saturday, October 14th, for kids in Kindergarten through 6th grade.
T-shirt guaranteed for first 50 entrants!
Lunch is included for each rider, and we'll have a big bounce house/slide combo for kids to play on.
Bring your bike and enjoy a beautiful morning riding laps around the Stephenville City Park. We have a 1/4 mile route for younger riders and a 1 mile route for older ones. This event isn't just one lap and you're done. Kids can ride as many laps as they'd like during the event and every lap earns more and more points that can be traded for prizes. Entry fee includes t-shirt (for first 50 entries), lunch, bounce house, fun, and prizes!Walk-up registration is also available the day of the ride. On-site registration opens at 8:30 am, near the amphitheater, and the ride begins at 9 am.
Tickets are $20 per child (with a $60 maximum per family). All proceeds from the ride will provide water filters for children and families in China. We were able to distribute 1,600 water filters last year and, with an average family size of five, that means about 8,000 more people now have access to clean water. Your participation in the Clean Water Kid's Ride will bring more clean water to more families. Learn more at our Kids Across Cultures website.
After the bike ride, join Bygone Days on the Bosque, in progress, and stay in town for Sundown on the Square in the evening.
