The Stephenville Historical House Museum’s Oxford House Preservation Project will sponsor the Fifth Annual Oxford House “Soup to Go” Take-Out Supper, a drive-through opportunity to pick up a delicious evening meal of Oxford House Potato Soup, Seasoned Crackers, Salad, and Brownies for a donation of $10.00. The date is Monday, January 29, 2018, at the museum, 525 E. Washington Street, from 4:30-6:30 p.m.
Tickets are available at the museum’s office, The Home Place at ACE, Stephenville Senior Citizens’ Center, and from any museum board member. Please present your tickets when picking up your meals.
Enter from Washington St. onto Shapard St., which runs between the Oxford House and the Star Storage building, to the back gate into the museum and around the north side of the Center Grove School, where ticket takers will deliver meals to the vehicle. After picking up meals, drivers will exit from the museum’s main entrance onto Washington Street.

In case of icy, impassable streets, the event will be postponed until the following Monday, February 5, 2018.
Money raised will be applied to ‘Phase IV: Hardscape’ and used to construct the grading, parking area, sidewalks, planting beds, utility connections, and porch steps.
