28th Annual Upland Bird Extravaganza Dinner & Auction 2023

PLEASE consider supporting the 28th annual Upland Bird Extravaganza brought to you by the Stephenville Evening Lions Club Foundation which is a 501c3, non-profit charity based organization. All money raised by our club goes directly back to our community, with heavy support towards youth programs  that empower and educate the next generation with life skills, outdoor learning, marksmanship, sports programs, fishing clubs, Boys and girls clubs, 4-H programs, etc. Other donations are focused towards community needs like Meals on Wheels, Stephenville Education Foundation, Stephenville Big Brothers and Big Sisters, School donations, and many, many more.

Our annual Upland Bird Extravaganza is focused on raising as much money as we can through three approaches:

• Raffle - We have huge multiple prize RAFFLE that typically features a Kubota UTV along with several high end shotguns, rifles or other prizes. 
• Shooting Event - We host a SHOOTING EVENT with something for everyone. Sporting Clays, 5-stand and a Long Range Rifle event all held on the same day, this year to held on April 29th, 2023 at Greystone Castle Sporting Club near Mingus, Texas.
• Dinner & Auction - We host a  DINNER and AUCTION that features the best prime rib you can get with all the fixings including some exotic/wild game and up to 20 rifle, shotguns and pistols, along with many highly desirable donation items like hunting and fishing trips, Cowboys games with suite access, and many more community sponsored items. Each year gets bigger and bigger and we were fortunate enough to bring in over $200,000.00 last year.
