Apply at First Baptist Church Stephenville, on Barton St. under the skybridge.
- 10 AM-2 PM, Nov. 7-15 ( Mon-Thurs only)
- 5 PM-7 PM, Tues. Nov. 8 & 15 only
If you receive an application through school counselors, you must turn it in at the registration location-not the school counselor.
Required: YOu must bring a photo ID for parent/guardian, proof of residence (example: utility bill), plus a report card for every school-aged child or birth certificate for each child younger than school age.
