              Turnbow-Higgs Post 240 the American Legion Department of Texas will host the 17th District Spring Convention March 19 & 20, 2016.

              We anticipate approximately 75 members in attendance.
               
              Hotel arrangements have been made at La Quinta for overnight guests.
