              Event Description:

              Please join us in recognizing the Stephenville 20th Century Club's 125 years of friendship, service and commitment to the community with an anniversary celebration on Tuesday, September 15th, 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM at the Stephenville Public Library.

              Official remarks from club members and a special proclamation will begin at 5:00 PM.

              It is especially fitting that we gather at the Stephenville Public Library, an institution funded by the Twentieth Century Club in 1903. What began with club members operating a library from their homes and other locations grew into a lasting community resource.

              The Stephenville Public Library is located at 174 N. Columbia just one block off the downtown square.

              The 20th Century Club is member of the General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC) with objectives of mutual development, community service and monetary assistance for education, library, historical museum, and fine arts.
