Event Description:

'Lotus Blossom Birth' midwives' and First Christian Church [https://www.stephenvilletexas.org/list/member/first-christian-church-952] is hosting a community birth class for anyone pregnant, planning, partnering, or practicing. It is 4-week sessions and taking place quarterly.

This includes birth preparations that show you the exercises for birth, nutrition and supplements, picking your team, and what to pack. They also help you get a better understanding of birth, for example, the hormones, when to call or come in, the stages/ phases, and labor positions. Lastly, they teach you about what you will experience during birth and the postpartum preparations.
