Vintage Chevrolet Club Community Reception

Stephenville is hosting the Vintage Chevrolet Club of America’s Annual Fall Tour this week, October 9-13. 

Over 30 vintage cars and 60 guests from nine different states - including AR, CO, IL, IA, KS, MN, MO, OK, TX - will be staying in Stephenville hotels for a week and taking day trips down back roads to surrounding towns for various tours.

The Stephenville Chamber of Commerce and City of Stephenville are partnering with the Bruner Auto Family and Christian Classic Cruisers Car Club to host a community reception for these visitors on Tuesday, October 10^th from 5:30 – 6:30 pm at Bruner Chevrolet on the corner of South Loop and Lillian.

The Bruner Team and Chamber Ambassadors will be grilling up burgers for the car owners and community members who want to come check out the vintage cars (1930 – 1954 model Chevrolets).

The community is invited to attend the mixer Tuesday evening and help show these car enthusiasts our friendly and welcoming Stephenville hospitality, along with celebrating Mr. Dwain Bruner who has just completed 55 years as a Chevrolet Dealer.

According to Chamber President July Danley, "Our staff has enjoyed working with the car club to coordinate their hotel rooms, meals, parking, goody bags, and recommendations for local restaurants, retail and attractions to visit during their stay. Many of these car owners belong to other state and national car clubs and if they have a great experience, they will encourage more tours to come to Stephenville – bringing more visitors and more dollars to our community!"
