Learn techniques, processes, and skills for maximizing personal effectiveness while managing time as a resource! Discover how to utilize technology to improve personal effectiveness through project and deadline management.
The course is designed to reduce scheduling conflicts by focusing on the importance of managing time, paper, meetings, phone calls, the internet, and outside demands to reduce stress, and improve overall satisfaction. Participants will learn how to set up a tickler system for following up on delegated tasks and activities; how to reduce procrastination; how to improve feedback from team members, subordinates, peers and superiors; and learn to focus on tasks with potential to improve personal and organizational success.

One CEU is 10 contact hours of successful participation/completion in an organized continuing education experience under responsible sponsorship, capable direction, and qualified instruction.
