Calling all teachers, master naturalists, homeschool parents and outdoor educators: please join us for our Project WILD Teacher Workshop! This event will blend classroom instruction with a two-hour guided tour and working lunch. It is a professional opportunity to develop teaching skills and network with peer professionals while addressing Project WILD curriculum.
The Project WILD K-12 curriculum focuses on wildlife and habitat. The guide is full of 124 hands-on, inquiry-based activities that can be used in or out of the classroom setting. A guided tour of Fossil Rim is included, as well as the curriculum book.
TEEAC hours available, this workshop is useful for teachers, informal educators, or even homeschool parents.
