On behalf of our entire Chamber staff and Board of Directors, we would like to extend our heartfelt thank you to our amazing members for the excitement that has been shown for our annual fundraising banquet.

While our Annual Chamber Banquet and Auction is officially SOLD OUT, we will operate off of a waiting list and will work hard to make sure that every seat is filled and we can include as many of our members as possible. Simply email jennifer@stephenvilletexas.org to be added to the waiting list.

Chamber members have a wonderful opportunity to promote their product or service to more than 500 guests at this social event of the year by donating an item for our silent auction.  In 2017, we introduced new auction technology via BidPal (now known as OneCause), which enabled us to open the silent auction prior to the actual event and allowed members to bid online or from their mobile device, even if they didn’t get to attend the banquet.  We are excited to provide this technology again this year!
