    Job Description
    Collier Consulting has a job opening for an Office Manager. 

    Collier is a family owned and operated geoscience and engineering firm with offices across Texas, as well as Colorado, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Wisconsin. Collier offers a full spectrum of expert geological, engineering, and geophysical services throughout the U.S. and around the globe.

    • Provide secretarial and administrative support. Manage calendar , schedule events, departmental meetings and conference calls, and provide travel and lodging support. 
    • Manage incoming communications. Provide general support to visitors. 
    • Maintain office condition and arrange necessary repairs. Manage administrative affairs including FedEx and UPS shipments, office supplies, training records, etc. Assist in vehicle fleet maintenance. 
    • Handle multiple assignments, work within deadlines and communicate effectively. 
    Preferred qualifications: 
    • 2-5 years in administrative office management. 
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications or related field (preferred but not required). 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.).
    • Exceptional management and communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast paced environment.
