    Job Description
    We are looking for a reliable individual to join our growing, fast-paced, and friendly office in Weatherford or Stephenville! The marketing and events coordinator will help coordinate with our team in updating, implementing, and posting on social media accounts and manage inter-office marketing and events. This position will also plan, organize, and execute all ongoing and new projects in addition to offering support to all team members as needed. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision and setting schedules to ensure project deadlines are met in a timely manner. This person must be detail-oriented and fluent in all social media outlets and event planning processes.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    · Ensure the seamless implementation of social media postings, calendars, and campaigns
    · Manage all social media accounts for accuracy and up-to-date information.
    · Create and maintain vendor and sponsor records
    · Plan and execute office events
    · Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules
    · Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
    · Ensuring project deadlines are met
    · Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
    · Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
    · Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
    · Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

    DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
    · Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills.
    · Strong organizational and time management skills
    · Competent using Google Suite applications, graphic creation applications such as Canva and Adobe
    · Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
    · Ability to create a positive work environment and effectively function as a team player
    · Ability to communicate with co-workers, clients, and various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner
    · Knowledge of general office procedures
    · Flexible and adaptive to change
    · Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative duties.
