    Job Description
    Estate Planning and Probate Legal Guide

    Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
    • Drafting pleadings and other documents
    • E-Filing pleadings
    • Case management/deadline tracking
    • Interfacing with clients, courts, and other necessary parties
    • Document, email/fax, and file maintenance
    • Provide administrative support to the attorney(s) and enhance office effectiveness
    • Create and maintain client matter files
    • Assist attorneys and support staff with case management
     
    Education:
    • High school diploma required
    • 2 years administrative experience preferred
     
    Experience/Skills (Required):
    • Proficient in writing, grammar, semantics, and typing
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Ability to set priorities and maintain an organized and productive workflow
    • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
    • Capable of learning new software programs
    • Ability to solve problems, take initiative, and wisely self-manage projects
    • Ability to prioritize amidst changing circumstances
    • Articulate, clear phone presence
     
    Work Hours:
    • Full-time / 8:00a-5:00p Monday-Friday
